Here we have a 16 minute short film, called Moriya, where a beautiful life sized mechanical doll becomes the surprising object of a shy, mechanically inclined, fifteen year old boy’s emotional and sexual awakening.. It is an adaptation based on the short story of the same name by New Orleans author Dean Paschal.
You can read the story in Best American Short Stories 2003. In addition, I’ve found the story published on the web here.
Full credits for the stark, somewhat haunting and spellbinding film are listed at the end. Sit back and enjoy.
The Japanese are fascinated with robots, and they are fascinated with sex, so of course, as any of you who follow the development of humanoid robots know, the Japanese are definitely fascinated with robot girls and future sex robots. This is a short television commercial by either or both Japanese mobile phone carriers KDDI and Tu-Ka. It is intriguing to watch how they have incorporated a female robot into it.
Apparently, the robot girl is turned off, laying on the phone, when a phone embedded in her arm rings and activates her.
I’m interested in learning what the words in the song mean, if any of you can understand Japanese.
As some of you know, Howard Stern is a RealDoll fan. He’s got a new one coming, compliments of the RealDoll company. This video is really an audio segment from his radio show where he discusses fooling around with his current RealDoll, and how he is going to name his new doll Elizabeth Hasselbeck. However, the video does show pictures of RealDolls, and of course, Elizabeth Hasselbeck, all choreographed with the conversation.
Here’s a hilarious amateur video short about a man who has purchased his own female sex robot. After excitedly receiving his newly delivered shipment, he finds that trying to convince her have sex with him is not unlike the dealing with real women. Written and directed by Steve DePena. 7:17 minutes.
Press the Play button to load. The performance is dependent on the YouTube.com server so it is not always available, or available quickly.
With the price of sex dolls at several thousand dollars a pop, I’m sure there are considerably many times more people that are curious about them than there are actual owners. If you don’t have one, you can somewhat satisfy your curiosity by going to the manufacturers’ sites or the various doll galleries (listed in the sidebar). The sellers will provide you with all the technical details, plus some photos, and the galleries will show photos of dolls posed in both clothed and nude pictures.
That’s good, but, we all know what everyone is really wondering about—how do they function sexually? Well, since they really don’t “perform” sex, we’re really interested in how they “receive” sex, and what types of sexual things people actually do with them, and how the dolls handle it. Doll galleries—at least the areas open to the general public—don’t generally show this and neither do the doll companies. So where can you go to see them in action?
Well, as you know, there is a porn site for everything and there happens to be one that shows videos and photos of people having their way with the famous RealDolls. It’s appropriately called RealDollSex.com. Go there for an eyeful of men and women doing their thing with the dolls. Note that the site is not affiliated with Abyss Creations, LLC, the makers of RealDoll.
This video has been around since 2001, but it’s still a great way to spend seven minutes of your day. AFSR (Alt-Fetish-Sex-Robots) and Director Allison de Fren take you on a tour of the world of sex dolls and robots, what they call technosexualism. This film is posted on several sites around the web, and it’s conveniently located on this iFilm.com page.
Let me know if you’ve got any other videos I can post links for.
